Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of new AC systems and equipment.
Plan, coordinate, and perform regular maintenance and repairs on all air conditioning units within the facility.
Ensure the correct operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and address any malfunctioning components.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and supervise a team of AC technicians, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality work.
Conduct training and safety briefings for the team to ensure adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve issues with AC systems, including electrical and mechanical failures.
Ensure that emergency repairs are handled promptly to minimize downtime.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Monitor and ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for all HVAC systems.
Inventory & Ordering:
Manage the inventory of HVAC parts, tools, and supplies.
Order necessary replacement parts and equipment to ensure that operations continue without delays.
Performance Monitoring:
Conduct regular system checks and monitor the performance of air conditioning systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs and increase system lifespan.
