Job Description

Position:

HVAC Foreman (Building Project)

Company:

Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length:

24 months

Qualifications



Diploma/Trade Certificate in Mechanical/HVAC (or equivalent).

5-8 years

site experience on

building projects

(VRF/DFC, FAHU/AHU, package units, FCU/VAV, ducting & CHW piping). Strong knowledge of

duct fabrication/installation

, CHW/condensate piping, insulation, supports, and

TAB/T&C basics

. Can read HVAC/shop drawings, coordinate

builder's work openings

, and lead crews/subcontractors. Familiar with

HSE/PTW

, work-at-height, lifting, and hot-works.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily HVAC works:

ducting

, CHW/condensate, equipment setting (FAHU/AHU/VRF ODU/IDU), accessories, and controls interfaces. Ensure correct

levels, alignment, supports, firestopping

, and

leak/pressure tests

(duct & piping). Coordinate with civil/electrical/ELV for penetrations, power points, and control cabling routes. Raise

material requests

, track deliveries, and protect installed works. Conduct

toolbox talks

; enforce PPE, housekeeping, and permit compliance. Prepare

daily reports

, progress photos; assist with

WIR/MIR

and

snag/de-snag

.

Experience



HVAC site supervision (buildings): 7-10 years (Required
