Create 2D/3D shop drawings, duct layouts, piping designs, mechanical system plans, airflow diagrams, equipment schedules.
Assist with clash detection, coordinate with MEP teams, conduct site visits and redline markups.
Firefighting Draftsman Tasks:
Draft fire protection layouts, schematics, isometric diagrams, shop drawings, BOQs, technical reports.
Ensure design compliance with fire safety codes, coordinate with MEP engineers, assist installation and commissioning, maintain documentation and as-built records
Technical Skills & Tools
AutoCAD, Revit MEP, SolidWorks, CAD, or HVAC-specific tools like HAP
HVAC/MEP & Fire and Life Safety as per uae guideline.
Education:
Diploma or bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Drafting, Fire Protection Engineering, or similar technical discipline.
