Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 2 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Project Management Position \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in mechanical engineering \xc2\xb7 Experience in AutoCad and other HVAC softwares ROLE : \xc2\xb7 Research, design, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client\'s requirements in both large and small projects. \xc2\xb7 Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters. \xc2\xb7 Overall project management including project engineering, planning and scheduling \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the project progress, controlling project risk through ensuring that the appropriate project execution strategies are implemented \xc2\xb7 Review of engineering deliverables including P&ID, piping layout, general arrangement layout, piping isometrics Control cost including variation management to limit sub-contractor variations, and project Management cost. \xc2\xb7 Procurement support and contract administration. \xc2\xb7 Review of QA/QC documents for Mechanical sub-contractors \xc2\xb7 Assisting project team on commissioning and vendor variations claims. \xc2\xb7 Manage vendor documentation, deliveries on time and payments progress \xc2\xb7 Acted as a technical generalist in a variety of disciplines including not limited to equipment, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical \xc2\xb7 Chaired weekly meetings with the technical teams to discuss scheduling of works in a planned manner. \xc2\xb7 Managed financial performance of the project and identify cost saving opportunities through resource utilization, procurement strategy for cost reduction and operational excellence.
