Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is looking for an
HVAC Draftsman (AutoCAD 2D)
to join our team.
Job Requirements:
3-4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Draftsman
Good understanding and strong command of AutoCAD 2D
Ability to prepare accurate and coordinated HVAC drawings
Experience in preparing:
HVAC shop drawings
As-built drawings
Ducting and chilled water piping layouts
Equipment layout and detailed drawings
Good understanding of
UAE HVAC standards and regulations
, including:
ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
Local authority and municipality approval requirements (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA)
Ability to read and interpret construction and tender drawings
Coordination with MEP teams, consultants, and site engineers
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidate must be currently available in the UAE
