Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer



Location:

Dubai

Key Responsibilities



System Design:

Create HVAC layouts, technical drawings, and specifications.

Load Calculations:

Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine system requirements.

Equipment Selection:

Choose appropriate HVAC components based on efficiency, cost, and regulatory standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure designs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Collaboration:

Work with architects, builders, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into overall building designs.

Project Documentation:

Prepare reports, manuals, and technical documentation for installation and maintenance.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor system efficiency and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Software Proficiency:

Experience with

AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace

, and other HVAC design tools.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with

ASHRAE, LEED, Estidama

, and local UAE regulations.

Experience:

7-8 years

in HVAC design, depending on the role level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Hindi/English (Required)
License/Certification:
