Job Description

HVAC Design engineer / Drafting with UAE Experience (Min- 4 Years)

a) Design & Drafting of HVAC systems with all required sections, plans, details as required to obtain approval from consultants and to issue for construction.

b) Capable of understanding & reading civil and mechanical drawings and prepare necessary sections & elevations.

c) Proficiency in HVAC calculations such as Cooling load calculation, Ducting design / sizing & pipe sizing, Pump head calculation, ESP etc

d) Proficiency is all kind of HVAC system such as "DX, VRF System & Chilled water system"

e) Should have strong knowledge in quantity survey based on the drawings and site requirement, bill of materials, vendor base etc.

f) Independent review on technical submittals and drawings and liaising with vendors / manufacturers..

g) Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on project requirements.

h) Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines on project execution.

i) Create documentation such as submittals, drawings, operation material submittals, manuals, project reports, and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:

Proficient in HVAC design software,

AutoCAD & MS office

Knowledge of VRF/CHW & Ventilation systems, ASHRAE standards, and regulations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. BE Mechanical Engineering / Higher Diploma
Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and should have multitasking skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
