Hvac Control Technician
Job Description
Primary Objectives: Responsible for performance and execution of operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, repair and modification of the assigned HVAC systems.
Accountabilities: Carry out operation and maintenance activities on a day to day basis. Performs preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities. Perform trouble shooting and execute equipment repair as necessary. Perform modification as may be required. Ensure company's policies and procedures as followed at all times.
Experience: 8 years' experience in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC Control and Instrument Systems such as Pressure control device, sensor, transmitter, PLC, BMS, Instrument logic diagram and down backup software.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Trade certificate. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team environment.
