About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Installation Oversight:

Supervise and verify the proper installation of mechanical systems, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, blueprints, and local building codes.

Commissioning Leadership:

Lead and execute comprehensive commissioning protocols for mechanical and building services to validate system performance against design criteria.

HVAC Specialization:

Perform specialized technical activities, including

Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB)

of air and hydronic systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Troubleshooting & Resolution:

Diagnose and resolve technical deficiencies identified during installation and commissioning phases in collaboration with site teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

Generate detailed installation reports, commissioning checklists, and final handover documents for client and consultant approval.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the technical point of contact, communicating complex engineering matters clearly and confidently to clients, senior management, and site personnel.

The Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in a field role focusing on commissioning, installation oversight, or mechanical building services.

Technical Background:

Strong background in

Mechanical Engineering

, with demonstrable expertise in

HVAC systems, installations, maintenance, and building services.

Driving License:

A valid

UAE Driving License is MANDATORY

for site mobility across Dubai and the surrounding Emirates.
