Your Missions:
Analyze HR needs and contribute to drafting functional specifications. Participate in the implementation or evolution of HRIS modules (payroll, talent management, reporting). Perform testing and validation of solutions prior to deployment. Provide user support and assist with change management. Contribute to improving HR processes through digital tools and automation. Produce HR reports and indicators (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
Profile We're Looking For:
Final-year student in engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in HRIS, information systems, HR, or data. Strong proficiency in Excel (including macros) and ideally BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of HRIS solutions (Workday, HR Access, etc.) is a plus. Analytical mindset, rigor, and service orientation. Fluency in French and English is mandatory
