Job Description

Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end UAE visa lifecycle with hands-on Hamriyah Free Zone (HFZA) processing and maintain accurate HR data, trackers, and dashboards in advanced Excel. This is a deadline-critical, accuracy-driven role.

Manage full visa cycle:

dependents/family visas.new, renewal, status change, cancellation Execute HFZA-specific prerequisites and steps. Monitor and request visa quota as per facility/package. ApplyEntry Permits (employment/investor/dependent) and complete status change (in-country) or permit entry (out-of-country). Book/track Medical fitness and Emirates ID biometrics/applications. Finalize Residency visa issuance (eVisa/passport endorsement); ensure health insurance activation where required. Prepare/issue HFZA employment agreements and onboard per free-zone rules. Liaise with HFZA, ICP/Emirates ID, Immigration/GDRFA (as applicable), typing centers. Maintain compliant, audit-ready digital & physical files; protect employee data and confidentiality.
Excel, Reporting & Data Quality

Build/own visa dashboards: pipeline, approvals, rejections, expires, SLA performance. Use Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Data Validation to keep master trackers clean and reconciled to HRIS exports. Auto-flag due dates (status change, medical, EID, visa expiry) and SLA breaches; prepare weekly/monthly KPI packs.
Stakeholder Service

Provide clear timelines and document checklists to candidates, hiring managers, and HODs. Escalate risks early (quota, document gaps, expiring IDs) with options/mitigations.
