Job Title: Human Resources Team Leader

ARABIC SPEAKING REQUIRED
  • Purpose of the Job:
The Human Resources Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services across the organization. This role involves overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance. The HR Team Leader plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment while aligning HR practices with the company\'s goals and values.
  • Key Activity and Tasks:
  • Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HR specialists, coordinators, and administrators.

Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance to ensure team objectives are met.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages growth, learning, and open communication.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and other relevant regulations.
  • Employee Relations:
Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations, promoting fair and consistent practices.

Advise and coach managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Assist in addressing performance issues and providing guidance for improvement.
  • Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.

Support the design and delivery of training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Policy and Procedure Implementation:
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for HR management and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance:
Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization\'s HR practices remain compliant.

Work with legal counsel and HR management to address compliance-related issues.
  • Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • Arabic speaking required.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Several years of progressive experience in HR roles, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
