Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate experience is preferred
- Team recruitment and building, proficient in commonly used recruitment channels in Dubai
- Ability to source suitable candidates through multiple channels
- Experience in building overseas teams from scratch is preferred
- Assist leadership with training, performance management, compensation, and labor relations
- AED 10,000-15,000 per month
- Other benefits: As per UAE Law
