Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support company goals and objectives
Partner with senior leadership to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to drive business performance and employee engagement.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our HR strategies are competitive and effective.
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage the HR budget and resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall business goals
Requirements
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Atleast 5-7 years of experience in HR.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with data analysis and metrics
Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
Experience with budget management
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
