Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum1 year or more in Human Resources
,preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/CRM systems.Other Requirements:
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.Note:
Candidatesmust have at least 1 year of experience in the perfume industry
