We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Human Resources Specialist

to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The HR Specialist will handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts. Support payroll processing and monitor attendance records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coordinate training and development programs. Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation records. Prepare HR reports and documentation as required. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
