Job description Description: HR Specialist Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing tamkeen programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing and implementing effective training and development plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying the company\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking department budgets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. HR Specialist Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of the full recruitment process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid problem-solving and team management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must know the LMRA rules and regulations Kindly send your CV in Job Type: Full-time Salary: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
