Job Title Human Resources Specialist



As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible performing administrative HR support tasks, providing administrative services and expertise related to all aspects of the HR data processing and working closely with Human Resource team for HR activities on-site.

Your role:

Support full HR initiatives such as campus management activations, volunteering & health-wellbeing activities, employee engagement activities and survey focus group.

Managing all HR administrative activities within the scope and ensures all activities drives better employee experience and in line with company policy & procedures.

Providing transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes.

Responding to external/internal requests for HR administration related queries, playing a key role in managing relations with local labor authorities

Functions as expert regarding all aspects HR administration processing.

You are the member of The HR Shared Services META Team; you will report to the HR Analyst and Solutions Manager META and work closely with a team of passionate and enthusiastic HR Managers and employees.

You will have an opportunity to develop your skills in Human Resources Management in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

You\'re the right fit if:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist experience in different domains of HR

Collaborative approach, able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.

Good command of Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel is needed.
