Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Developing and maintaining strong employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
Implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Performance Management: Coordinating performance appraisal processes and providing guidance to employees and managers.
Assisting in the development of performance improvement plans. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Overseeing professional development initiatives to promote career growth. HR Policies and Compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other employee welfare initiatives. Requirements: Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. Experience: +5 yearsProven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in the manufacturing or contracting sector in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset. Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
