The HR Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with people management and development. This includes administering employee benefits, personnel management, developing and implementing HR policies, and advising on HR management issues. Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts, policies, and practices
- Experience in HR management, personnel management, and employee benefits administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of employees
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
- Certifications in HR management or personnel management are desirable
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
