Role Overview: As an HR Representative, you will be acting as a primary account manager for all HR-related services. Your primary responsibility will be managing and executing HR operations through various government portals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an account manager for clients, managing their HR needs. - Utilize government portals, including Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS, to manage employee records, work permits, and payroll compliance. - Assist in HR administration tasks, including onboarding, visa processing, and employee mobility. - Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in all HR operations. - Liaise between clients and company to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. - Manage employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. - Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles. - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent. - Must have Strong knowledge and experience using government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS. - Proficiency in English (Must). - Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a good understanding of labor regulations. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
