Job Description
We are looking for a
HR Recruiter
to join our team,Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the UAE or region.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
