POSITION SUMMARY
Under the Guidance of the Deputy Director of Human Resources, the candidate will be responsible to provide a full range of government and legal support activities in order to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department and the property\'s compliance to the local labor law and regulations. To contribute to the desired work culture around the four core values of the company.
Essential functions includes; * Processing all types of visa applications, including employment visa\'s, residence visas, transit, tourist as well as entertainers if required
Process and renew all required permits
Update the HR team with regards to new changes in procedures of any application related to Government Relations tasks.
Assistance is Arabic letter requirements
Maintaining and cultivating a goodwill and good relationships with all government departments
Arrange and coordinate with regards to medicals & biometrics process for visa application/renewal purposes.
Issuance of Emirates ID for all hotel employees
All other related functions with regards to government and legal support.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
Bachelor Degree is preferred
Experience:
Prior admin experience is needed and general knowledge of employment and visa regulations.
Must be proficient in Arabic, reading and writing.
