What can we offer?

We will provide you the opportunity to:

• Work in partnership with the Head of P&O and P&O Business Partners on key people priorities and Merit Season 2023.
• Shape strategic projects in collaboration with the regional P&O team on topics of development & learning, the new normal and volunteering program COP28.
• As a member of our Sandbox, actively drive P&O MEA collaboration and take the lead in organizing the visit of our Board Member & Chief P&O Officer, Judith Wiese.
• Be close to the business and have direct interaction with managers / employees. Support the P&O team with P&O operations.
• Use your skillset and digital mindset to spearhead improvements and collaboration.

Your Qualifications And Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Digital And Solid!

• An enrolled Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree student with majors in Human Resources, Communications or similar.
• A highly motivated, engaged, and passionate team player
• Someone who brings a unique perspective to our team and voices their opinion
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly responsible and able to work independently
• Digital native
