Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall goals, particularly focusing on the unique aspects of the online betting and real estate industries.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top talent.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that support business objectives and drive high performance.
• Organizational Development: Lead initiatives for organizational development, including change management, culture development, and employee engagement.
• Training and Development: Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs that equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages that comply with legal requirements and are attractive to potential and current employees.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating an environment where diverse talents can thrive.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws and regulations, particularly in the dynamic and regulated sectors of online betting and real estate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a CHRO or similar role, preferably in the online betting and real estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, etc.).
• Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Dubai.
