Responsible for managing all HR functions within the women's salon, including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Ensures compliance with labor laws and salon policies, supports a positive work environment, and assists management in staff performance, retention, and overall workforce efficiency.
