to manage all HR operations and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, leaves, documents) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support management in performance evaluation and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
Coordinate training programs and team development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, contracts, and official correspondence.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company standards.
Assist in organizing company events, engagement activities, and internal communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferably in the UAE).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
