Key Responsibilities
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and staff development activities
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is an advantage
