We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional
to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Maintain employee records and HR database
Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with UAE labor laws is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
