Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
Support full onboarding cycle: document collection, medical and license verification, background checks, and induction arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, HR records, and employee databases.
Assist in preparing payroll inputs and liaise with the finance department to ensure WPS compliance.
Handle employee relations activities including attendance tracking, leave management, and addressing routine HR queries.
Coordinate with healthcare authorities (DHA / DCAS) for staff licensing, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
Support HR initiatives such as performance management, staff training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure professional communication and timely response to employee concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of HR experience in the home care sector
, including exposure to
on-call coordination
.
2-3 years of HR experience in the healthcare industry
(home care, clinics, hospitals, or EMS).
Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority procedures.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
