Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure joining formalities are completed.
Maintain updated job descriptions for all positions.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and overtime records.
Handle visa processing, renewals, medicals, and related government portal updates (MOHRE/EIDA).
Prepare HR reports for management when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
3. Payroll & Benefits Support
Compile monthly attendance, deductions, and overtime inputs.
Coordinate with accounts department for payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits (health insurance, leave settlements, reimbursements).
4. Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions.
Promote a positive and productive work culture.
5. Offboarding
Manage employee resignation/termination processes.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlement details.
Ensure clearance forms, visa cancellations, and handovers are completed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in HR operations (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
, visa procedures, and HR documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
