Human Resources Officer

to join our team and manage all HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced

Human Resources Officer

with a strong background in the

construction industry

to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have

3-4 years of HR experience in the UAE construction sector

, and be confident in handling

recruitment, onboarding, offboarding

, and the

daily HR cycle

in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, contract management, and offboarding.

Handle recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordination with every departments requirements.

Maintain and update HR records, personnel files (hard and soft copies)

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Oversee employee engagement, performance reviews, and training coordination.

Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries.

Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with PRO for government-related processes.

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data on attendance, leaves, and employee movements.

achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience in the construction industry within the UAE

is a must. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality. Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a Must. Preferably Cancelled Visa Can join immediately with strong personality

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,001.00 per month
