HR Recruitment Officer

What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Create and post compelling job ads across various platforms
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing
Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies
Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment reports
What We're Looking For:
Own Visa Candidates Only
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2+ years of recruitment experience in UAE
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
A results-driven, organized, and people-focused mindset
