. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in human resources within the UAE and possess a strong understanding of local labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. This role is key to supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, performance evaluations, etc.)
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and HR policies
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Administer payroll changes and coordinate with finance as needed
Assist with employee engagement and welfare programs
Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and activities
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related HR services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
