Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all human resources functions while ensuring full compliance withUAE Labour Law
and supporting the company's strategic and operational goals.Responsibilties:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Oversee employee relations and handle grievances and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with
UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and WPS
Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and end-of-service gratuity Coordinate employment contracts, visas, renewals, and cancellations with PRO Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage performance appraisal systems and training programs SupportEmiratisation initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5-7 years of HR experience in the UAE with constructions companies
Strong knowledge ofUAE Labour Law and HR operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are an added advantageBenefits & Offers:
