Job Description
We are hiring an experienced
HR Manager
to join a well-established construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the construction or contracting sector and be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of HR experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills
