The role of a Human resources manager at Skybound Wealth Management will be to typically work as a specialist overseeing multiple areas which would include:

• Job analysis: Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them.
• Recruitment and staffing: Attracting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's needs.
• Maintenance of the workforce: Addressing health, safety, and worker-management issues, including compliance with relevant workplace laws.
• Training and development: Evaluating workers' educational needs and designing programs to meet them.
• Performance appraisal: Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases, and termination of employment.
• Diversity, equity, and inclusion: Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination.
• Labor Relations: Negotiate contracts and agreements between labor groups or individual employees and the organization. They may play key roles in labor disputes and other situations that might interfere with the organization's success.

We will expect the following from a Human Resources Manager in the form of competencies:

• Communication Skills - must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders on the employee and employer sides of an organization.
• Empathy and Compassion - support workers during challenges that occur at work and outside of work.
• Relationship Management Skills - communicating effectively and managing your interactions with others are crucial skills.
• Commitment to Continuing Education - must stay on top of their profession because human resources is a dynamic and ever-changing field.

We will expect the following from a Human Resources Manager in the form of education and experience:

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
