Position Overview
- Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies;
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and company culture;
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management;
- Manage training programs and career development initiatives;
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and workplace policies.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires;
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR processes;
- Implement and enforce company policies related to workplace behavior, leave, and attendance;
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture;
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and performance;
- Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with management on employee development plans;
- Handle visa processing and employee documentation in coordination with finance and PRO;
- Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen company culture.
