We are hiring a proactive and experienced
HR Officer
to lead our Human Resources department at
Belmont Glass & Aluminium
. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in performance management (PMS), implementing SOPs, and establishing KPIs across departments. You will be responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
:
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Develop and implement HR SOPs, policies, and procedures
Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) - create KRAs, track KPIs, and manage appraisals
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate visa processing and medicals with the PRO team
Prepare payroll inputs and ensure WPS compliance
Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
Monitor and report monthly HR KPIs to management
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Knowledge of UAE Labour law, visa processes, and WPS system
Experience with implementing PMS, SOPs, and tracking KPIs
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
