MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support and enable organisational effectiveness through efficient people practices and optimal human resources services, including general administration aimed at supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Human resources practices are implement and optimised to support business performance and operational efficiencies
Monitor and manage HR service delivery quality, risk, and governance and compliance practices
Optimise and manage talent management practices, including selection and succession planning
Promote, support and enable the business with individual team and overall business unit employee engagement, including diversity and inclusion
Drive and support workforce planning, optimisation and related costing
Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department
Monitor and manage the government relations and related legal and regulatory requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 8 years generalist experience in Human Resources of which at least 5 were in a management/supervisory position
Relevant experience in healthcare will be an advantage
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Competency based interviewing skills
Human Resources data analytic methodologies
Knowledge of relevant visa and licensing regulatory requirements
Negotiation skills
Talent management and succession planning practices
KSA Labour Law regulations
