We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with strategic acumen to fill the role of Human Resources Manager - Hospitality. This leadership position involves overseeing and managing human resources functions in multiple business units across our diverse Hotels and F&B Business. The incumbent will have the opportunity of collaborating with the management team to cultivate a vibrant work culture, placing a strong emphasis on employee engagement. The HR manager will lead our team of dedicated HR Business Partners, to make a significant impact on the success and growth of our business by effectively managing and optimizing the human capital across the entire hospitality division.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:
  • Align human resource function with business objectives to enhance overall performance and workforce effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of Human Resources Business Partners across the business.
  • Develop and implement streamlined HR processes across the hospitality division.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Lead the team of HRBPs in partnering closely with management to formulate a manpower plan aligned with the unit\xe2\x80\x99s financial goals and objectives.
  • Support the HRBPs in presenting a monthly forecast to relevant stakeholders to address staffing needs and concerns.
Employee Relations:
  • Enhance the current framework of addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts thereby supporting a healthy work atmosphere.
  • Reinforce the disciplinary policy across the business, ensuring that the company is always aligned with the law, and that the policy is implemented uniformly.
  • Support the HRBPs in conducting regular consultative committee meetings in their units and providing relevant feedback to address any concerns.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Ensure the company grading structure is applied uniformly and the correct benefits are offered for each position and make suggestions for enhancement.
  • Regularly review and benchmark compensation against industry standards by participating in industry salary and benefit surveys.
HR Analytics:
  • Support the imminent implementation of Oracle HCM
  • Maintain data integrity and provide insights essential to fostering trust, compliance, efficiency and informed decision making.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement within the hotels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to launch DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives.
  • Participate in regular surveys and assessments to gauge employee engagement and formulate an action plan for improvement.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR Manager experience in the hospitality sector preferably in a Cluster HR Manager role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices within the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills.
