HIRING - HR MANAGER (HEALTHCARE | AESTHETIC & DERMATOLOGY)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in UAE healthcare , specifically aesthetic and dermatology clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding Manage medical and non-medical staff in compliance with UAE Labour Law Handle DHA / DOH / MOH licensing, renewals, and compliance Manage visa, immigration processes, and government audits Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and performance management Support manpower planning and HR policy implementation
Requirements:
5-7 years UAE HR experience in healthcare (aesthetic/dermatology mandatory) Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, visas & immigration Hands-on DHA / DOH / MOH licensing experience (mandatory) Excellent Arabic communication
