Job Summary:
The Human Resource will oversee all aspects of HR functions, policies, and procedures for KPTAC Technologies. The role includes strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The HR Manager will support the company's growth by fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing best practices in human resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. - Advise management on HR-related matters to support business goals. - Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. - Implement talent development programs, training, and performance appraisal systems. - Ensure timely succession planning and employee retention strategies.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. - Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll, allowances, and employee benefits administration. - Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of WPS (Wage Protection System) for all employees.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations. - Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. - Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, terminations, and leaves.
6. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal and feedback systems. - Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives. - Align employee objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.

Reporting:
Reports directly to the Managing Director / CEO.

Full-time, Dubai-based position.
KPIs / Objectives:
- Maintain HR compliance with UAE labor laws 100% of the time. - Achieve less than 10% annual employee turnover. - Ensure all payroll and benefits are processed accurately and on time. - Maintain a complete and updated employee records system.
