Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Human Resource Manager with Automotive industry background

to lead and manage all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

recruitment, including bulk hiring, workforce planning, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labour

laws. Experience working with

large, multi-location automotive operations

is highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles including

drivers,

technicians, service advisors, sales executives, workshop staff, supervisors, and managers

Develop manpower planning in coordination with the line managers. Manage onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations
HR Operations & Administration

Oversee

payroll processing

, attendance, overtime, and leave management Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS Manage employee contracts, renewals, and amendments
Employee Relations & Performance Management

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Implement performance appraisal systems aligned with automotive KPIs Promote a positive work culture across workshops, showrooms, and offices
Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with

UAE Labour Law

and company HR policies Handle labor inspections, audits, and government-related matters Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Training & Development

Identify training needs for technical and non-technical automotive staff Coordinate technical training for mechanics, technicians, and service teams Support leadership development and succession planning
Strategic HR Support

Advise management on HR strategies, workforce cost control, and retention Support organizational restructuring and expansion plans Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

8-10 years of HR experience in UAE

, with

minimum 3-5 years in Automotive industry as a Manager.

Strong understanding of

automotive operations and technical staffing

In-depth knowledge of

UAE Labour Law

and HR best practices Experience managing

large workforces (workshop + sales teams)

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
