Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Sakr Group. Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operational regions. Design and execute effective onboarding, training, and development programs to foster employee growth. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity. Advise senior management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and succession planning. Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency. Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and high performance.
Job Requirements

Minimum of 10 year of experience in HR leadership role. CIPD Level 5 is a plus Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture. Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems. Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. Strong project management and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
