Experience: 4-5 years in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support management in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle visa, labor card, and other HR documentation for employees.
Required Qualities:
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
