We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all aspects of Human Resources functions within a
Training Center
environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing HR operations in a driving school, training center, or similar organization, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment for instructors and operations staff, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for
driving instructors, customer service, and administrative staff.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws
and
regulatory authorities (RTA, MOHRE, etc.)
Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and manpower planning to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct employee training and development programs to improve skills and service standards.
Oversee HR budgeting, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master's preferred).
5-7 years of HR experience
, with at least
2 years in a Driving Institute or Training Center
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of
RTA regulations
,
instructor licensing
, and
UAE labor compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRMS software and MS Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
