Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures. Support learning, development, and organizational growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as HR Manage*r, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Female required. Dubai Resident only Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-5+ years HR Experience
