Job Description

An HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, handling a variety of tasks related to employee records, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. They act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

Employee Record Management:

Maintaining and updating employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Benefits Administration:

Supporting employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and queries, and liaising with benefits providers.

Payroll Support:

Providing accurate employee data to the payroll department, including information on leaves, benefits, and other relevant details.

Policy and Procedure Support:

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assisting with the development and distribution of HR-related documents.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, and assisting with conflict resolution.

HRIS Management:

Maintaining and updating HR information systems (HRIS) with accurate employee data.

Reporting:

Generating reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and other relevant data.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
