who will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy, supporting our employees, and helping us continue to grow a dynamic and successful real estate company.Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Support a positive workplace culture that reflects our values Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices Coordinate benefits, payroll support, and performance management initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for team-building and employee engagement
